How it works.

Step 1: Fill out the Downloadable Project Brief Form and fax it back to us at 617-566-8936. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours telling you that we received your brief and what your estimated turnaround time will be. Unless you do not receive this email, there is no need to contact us further.

Step 2: We immediately begin reviewing your brief, and will first develop Pencil Sketches based on the information you provide. If the brief was incomplete or we require further information we will contact you for clarification.

Step 3: When we believe we have met your specifications, we will submit the pencil sketches to you for your Review and Approval. If something does not meet your approval, you will have an opportunity to request revisions. Be aware that this may delay your original turnaround time.

Step 4: Once the pencil sketches have been approved, we will move into the Final Color Renderings Stage. At this point we will refine the pencil sketches and add color, text, and call-outs, turning a rough idea into a clear, compelling color rendering.

Step 5: Your final color renderings will be delivered to you as an Electronic File per your specifications (pdf, jpeg, tiff or eps) so that you have the freedom to print, email, or present your idea in whatever way is best for you.
